    Q1: Can I watch programmes shown on UKTV online?

    A: Unfortunately at this stage it is not possible to watch our programmes online. We recommend signing up for UKTV’s email reminders and using the record and reminder functions of MY SKY HDi to ensure you never miss your favourite UKTV programmes.

    Q2: How can I watch UKTV?

    A: The only way to watch UKTV is by subscribing to SKY. For more information on how to subscribe please see www.skytv.co.nz.

    Q3: I am a subscriber to the UKTV Newsletter, how can I update my email details?

    A: Please log in to www.uktv.com.au click on My Details and update your email address and click submit to send and save.

    Q4: Where can I find the winners of UKTV competitions?

    A: We contact our competition winners by telephone. We also list competition winners on our website.

    Q5: Who do I contact if I am experiencing a technical difficulty?

    A: Please contact your provider Sky on 0800 759 759 or www.sky.co.nz.

    Q6: Why can’t I see next month’s TV Guide?

    A: We update our programme listings monthly and they become available on our website at the end of each month.
